The specialist distributor, Grupo ADI, dares the crisis thanks to its international expansion
Despite the current economic situation, Grupo Adi has kicked off the year in a safe and optimistic way due to its stability and strength. Within 2015 Grupo ADI, is planning new investments and partnerships as well as opening new markets.
Grupo ADI, an international company whose main activity is the distribution of high performance chemical solutions, closes the fiscal year with profits again. It reaches a turnover of over 31 M€, which represents a 7% annual growth rate in comparison to last year.
During 2014, Grupo ADI has spread its business in South America, establishing a new subsidiary in Brazil, where its activity in the textile division begins. It has a turnover of 4M€ and has developed a new expansion plan that will lead to a 10M€ turnover.
Furthermore, the company has disembarked in the Argelian market and is consolidating its commercial activity successfully.
2014 has been a year of a new approach on the instruments division, which consisted on the inclusion of new products exclusively commercialized of leading represented businesses in the sector at international level.
The expansion strategy is still in force in 2015. Moreover, it is also intended to spread the business in South America, as well as investing in the purchase of new multinational subsidiaries in Africa.
Grupo Adi started operating in 1997 is formed by a set of companies whose headquarter is in Spain. It also has its own corporative structure in Portugal, France, Morocco, Algeria, Brazil, India and China. The company has followed a diversification strategy across several product lines, which has supported its stability and growth, despite the challenging economic environment.
