Grupo Adi has just created a new Electroplating Division designed primarily to distribute Enthone products on the Portuguese market
We are happy to announce that Grupo Adi has just created a new Electroplating Division designed primarily to distribute Enthone products on the Portuguese market solutions, for the most different kind of applications, such as Electronics, Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Finishes, Jewellery, Decorative Finishes, among others.
In Portugal, the collaboration started in October 2011, looking to respond to the current market needs with the most suitable technology processes, in order to bring up added value to customers. We are committed to meet our legal obligations under REACH, for which Enthone has a team that is driving all the mandatory changes and their implications in what concerns products and processes.
We all understand today that REACH is strongly impacting the whole chemical industry. In the electroplating field, it has forced companies to withdraw certain chemical substances from the productive chain. One of the most recent examples is the replacement of hexavalent chromium by the trivalent form.
Our sales team, centred as of today on Paula Almeida Coelho, a chemical engineer with direct experience in electroplating processes, will be reinforced with the arrival of Carlos Moreira da Mota, a young engineer with some experience in production and process, who is starting its training period with the direct involvement of the Enthone professionals in Portugal and Spain. As always, we will continue to base our market presence on quality products and assist our customers with a strong technical support and the back-up of our own integrated laboratory.
When it comes to ELECTROPLATING we will make sure that Enthone and Grupo Adi are the winning combination!
Enthone, a company of Cookson Electronics, has its headquarters in the U.S.A. and is serving the European market from its German production plant, offering a large set of products and
